Changes on How To Contact Miniclip's Customer Support
We have some news regarding our Customer Support Team.
Until now you have been able to contact us either by e-mail or through our Miniclip Help Center. We are currently phasing out tickets submitted by email and shifting our user base to our Help Center so as to close down our email by October. After that any emails sent directly to us will not be received.
These are good news. As some of you have already noticed, we haven't been very responsive in solving your problems and we are really making an effort to change that. One of them is updating our Help Center's forms and making the process of submitting tickets more thorough. This will allow us to gather information faster and expedite our exchanges with you and provide better and faster support for all of you.
We invite you to try it out and see the new changes for yourselves and hit us with your feedback.
Keep in mind, for those of you that might not know, that we still provide support in English only. If you submit your ticket in another language, it may delay the resolution of your issue.
